91 SURVIVORS OF SA

Domestic violence and sexual assault purple and teal intertwined ribbon used as DV and SA icon for tracking Caring House services to child survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault.

 

 

145 CHILD SURVIVORS OF DV OR SA

 

 

Caring House depends on cash donations and community volunteer hours to provide survivor support services and comply with grant applications. Victim of Crime Act (VOCA) requires Caring House to contribute a 20% match of VOCA grants we utilize. That can come from other non-federal funding or the value of donated items and volunteered time.

HOST A DRIVE

You could collect food, clothes, soap or other items. We appreciate creativity - here are some ideas: 

  • Yard sales dedicated to our services

  • Start an online crowd funding campaign

  • Cause related marketing campaign where a percentage of profits from a product or service are donated

Some people have service-oriented businesses that provide help at no or low cost to our clients, your creative ideas are welcome!
